Our Mission: We build Character one goal at a time.
Our Commitment:
- We focus on balance: The Person and The Player.
- We develop the player through the game of soccer.
- We place a player in a fun and enjoyable but competitive environment, in which they will be challenged to make their own decisions with qualified coaches guiding them.
- We make a complex game simple.
Our Results: The player makes better decisions on the field, which leads them to make better decisions in life.
We feel that our core values of Passion, Integrity, Fun and Enjoyment, Competition, and Respect are vital to the long-term success of our players and our Academy. TFA is committed to developing these qualities in our young players. We strive to develop not only young soccer players on the field, but responsible young human beings off the field.
PHILOSOPHY
The Toledo Football Academy is a developmental club that focuses on players well being, both on and off the field of play.
We emphasize the person and the player with our core values: Passion, Integrity, Fun and Enjoyment, Competition and Respect.
TFA commits to developing the player through the game of soccer by placing them in an enjoyable, competitive environment. The player will be challenged to make their own decisions with highly qualified and certified coaches guiding them.
We try and make a complex game simple!
At TFA we feel players making good decisions on the field, will lead them to making better decisions in life. When players are enjoying their experiences, they will learn and develop. This will lead to success on and off the field of play.
